Francesco, I love the new experiment with how to share your love of music and cooking. The jazz cut you chose was a little too complex for me to pay full attention to your VO and watch you cook, but listening to your music selections while we watch you cook is definitely a "unique attractor" for your Substack.

I don't know if you're still traveling in Japan, but I thought I would share last week's Work in Progress, which will introduce you to the poet Craig Arnold, who mysteriously disappeared while hiking off the coast of Japan. I created a piece back in 2011 about my fascination with how his story was shared via the internet, and with his poem about Orpheus and Eurydice.

I voted for silly voiceover because my first interest was to be instructed in the technique, but for purely aesthetic enjoyment, pasta & jazz wins. Well done on both counts!

Wow! Haven’t heard Witchhunt in ages! Fantastic! Paul Bley told me stories about recording Jazz In The Space Age with Russell opposite Bill Evans… Love the food/love the music!
